- Technical Diagnostics: Standard browser user-agent, anonymous session logs, and performance diagnostics to improve simulator stability.
2. In-Browser Simulation Architecture
Simneta executes virtual packet flows, terminal commands, and simulated RouterOS routing operations directly within your web browser environment. Packets animated on your canvas do not transmit real-world user payload data over external public networks.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide, maintain, and optimize your interactive simulator canvas and lab saves.
- Authenticate your account and enable one-click laboratory forking.
- Record your module progress across study sessions.
- Respond to technical support inquiries and feedback requests.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data or network architectures to third-party advertisers.

We utilize browser cookies and HTML5 local storage solely for essential platform operations, such as keeping you signed in and caching your active canvas topology draft between page refreshes. You may clear your browser cookies and local storage at any time via your browser settings.

We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3) to protect data moving between your device and our servers. Saved labs remain stored until you choose to delete them from your dashboard or terminate your account.
